We’re Heading Home
We found out this week that we will be leaving Europe in just a few months to head back to the US! This is great news and we are all very excited. Long story short, Drew applied for an awesome program and was accepted so he has to report no later than May 15. At the latest we will leave around April 15, but I will probably go ahead of us and secure a house, etc.
Belgium has been really great for our family and we have done some amazing things here, but we are anxious to get back home! Just wanted to let you all know!

I am from Europe too and I have to say with all the modesty that this is a nice place. And Belgium is a nice country, that;s for sure. Still I’d like to see the USA .. you are lucky to get there..
Best of luck with the move. Don’t forget to start packing weeks before so that you won’t forget too many things

Thanks all, I am so excited as well. I still need to make it to Amsterdam before we leave, but it’s only a 2 hour drive so once that is done, I will be happy!
Hopefully You’ll get to go to the US at some point Ramona. So many people’s perceptions of the US is just based on TV and the news but living there and experiencing life is another thing. Much like with any other country!
