What’s next for Sara and Abe

Sunday, July 23rd, 2006

We are here in Georgia until 18 August. We will fly out at the same time Drew and Ian did. The movers are coming on 31 July to pack us and on 1 August to take our stuff. We still stay at a hotel At Hunter because it’s the most economical. The pets will stay out of the house and I will work from the house during the day so they won’t be lonely! If anything changes I will let you know!

What Are We Doing?

Sunday, July 23rd, 2006

Day number 2 found us wandering the post again, looking for food… and video games. Ian decided he likes them after years of showing no interest what so ever. It is likely because he is bored. There isn’t much to do here without a car, and I am boring. I plan on fixing that tomorrow though. Not by being exciting, but by renting a car. I can’t the pictures to upload, because I am dumb, and so you will have to wait for someone smarter than all of us to figure it out. That’s Sara if you don’t know. When she does post them you’ll get to see what the NATO symbol in 3D and 10 feet tall looks like.

Nato Thing

Ian also made a wish after blowing the seeds off a dandelion. He wished for a Willy Wonka Chocolate Truck. His words, not mine. I am not yet certain what he means.

Ian Wishing

Oh yeah, German MTV is creepy.

They Are in Belgium

I got a call about 6 am EST and they had arrived at the hotel. We only talked for a minute because he called from the hotel and we don’t know how much that 1 minute call cost :|. They will send their phone number and I will give them a call when they do!

Here is a picture from Thursday of the boys and their friend Aedan.

Day 1

Friday, July 21st, 2006

Well, today our move has officially started. Drew and Ian left Savannah around 1445 EST. They arrived in Atlanta and have since left and are on their way to Brussels. They should arrive at 0830 Local Time and 0230 EST. They seem pretty stocked for the plane ride. I loaded them up with snacks and they brought the Sony PSP (with several games and movies), a portable DVD player, and Drew’s laptop. Hopefully they have plenty of things to keep them occupied. I hope they will both get some sleep as when they get there, their day really begins.

I’ll update once I hear more.
